About the Role:

As a General Assistant at Dunns, your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Providing top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Sales Achievement: Working towards and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the store’s overall success.

Merchandise Management: Ensuring that merchandise is presented effectively, replenishing stock as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Asset Protection: Safeguarding all store assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers, by following company policies and procedures.

Store Operations: Assisting in the correct implementation of store and department layouts, ensuring proper stock room administration, handling markdowns, and managing lay-byes.

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12) is required.
