Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for several important tasks:

Document Collection: Make sure all necessary documents are submitted by clients before we approve any loans. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth and efficient service.

Employment Verification: Check that clients are currently employed before loans are granted. This step is essential to ensure they can meet their financial obligations.

Banking Details Update: If a client changes banks, you’ll need to get their updated banking information to avoid any delays in their loan processing.

Client Support: You’ll be the go-to person for clients who have questions or concerns. Your job will be to help resolve any issues they might have, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
