What You’ll Be Doing

1. Helping Customers:

You’ll talk to customers to understand what they need.
Check their details using EasyPay’s system to keep everything safe.
Help them open accounts and show them how to manage their money online.
Assist with tasks like issuing cards and answering questions.
If something is beyond your role, you’ll pass it to your team leader.

2. Working with Your Team:

Be a team player and follow guidance from your seniors.
Always show a positive attitude and be ready to learn.

3. Reaching Goals and Keeping Customers Happy:

You’ll have sales targets to reach, but don’t worry – you’ll be trained!
Make customers feel heard and fix their problems quickly.
Encourage them to stay with EasyPay and keep using their services.

4. Following Rules and Staying Honest:

You’ll follow important rules like FICA, POPI, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
Always act with honesty and professionalism.
If something doesn’t seem right, ask for help from your team leader.

5. Boosting Digital Services:

Teach customers how to use apps and other digital tools.
Help them move from cash to digital ways of banking.
Make sure everyone knows how to use EasyPay’s self-service channels.

What You Need to Apply

Minimum Requirements:

A Matric (NQF Level 4).
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
A good understanding of how to use computers, especially Microsoft Office.
Must have completed or be willing to complete Regulatory Exams (RE).
A business-related qualification at NQF 5 or 6 is a big plus!
