Your Key Responsibilities

As a Hygiene Operator, your main job will be to ensure the plant is clean and meets Ecowize standards by following the 10-Steps Cleaning Process. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Daily Cleaning Tasks
   • Perform the 10-steps of cleaning daily to ensure the site is food-safe.
   • Follow all food safety standards meticulously.
2. Maintain Hygiene and Safety
   • Keep the working environment hygienic and safe at all times.
   • Follow safety protocols and procedures strictly.
3. Operational Activities
   • Handle all activities related to daily cleaning, including CIP (Cleaning in Place) and Deep Clean processes.
   • Manage daily tasks as per the schedule.
4. Customer Relationships
   • Maintain a great relationship with customers and meet their expectations.
   • Be customer-centric and address any concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need:

• Experience:
  • Deep Cleaning experience is essential.
  • Chemical stock control experience is crucial.
  • Experience in the food production industry is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Ability to follow and complete daily work instructions.
  • Comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic and driven.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work different shifts and over weekends.
  • Ability to relocate to the mentioned location if not residing there.
