About the Role – Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate at Exact, you will be the face of the brand in the store. Your role is to create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, meet sales targets, and keep the store looking its best. You’ll also have the opportunity to stay up to date with fashion trends, help customers find products they love, and grow your skills in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Exact brand by providing outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets
- Sell a variety of fashion products while staying informed about the latest trends
- Look for opportunities to make new sales and grow revenue
- Replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness and visual merchandising
Minimum Requirements
