What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate

The Sales Associate (120hr) role is designed for energetic and customer-focused individuals who want to make an impact in retail. Your daily tasks will include:

Representing the Exact brand and delivering excellent customer service.
Understanding customer needs and finding the best solutions for them.
Actively keeping track of your sales performance and aiming to exceed targets.
Selling a wide variety of products and staying updated on the latest fashion and décor trends.
Looking for new opportunities to grow sales.
Helping with stock replenishment to make sure the store is always ready for shoppers.

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric)

Skills You’ll Need

Independent, confident, and able to take initiative.
Strong attention to detail.
