What You Will Be Doing Every Day

As a waiter at Faircape, your main role is to provide excellent service to guests and residents. Your daily duties will include:

Setting tables properly and making sure everything is clean and ready
Changing table linen and replacing damaged items
Cleaning and refilling condiments like salt, pepper, and sauces
Serving food and drinks in a professional and polite way
Explaining menu items and helping residents choose meals
Making sure dining areas meet hygiene standards
Handling customer complaints and reporting them to the manager
Assisting with stock checks and reporting damaged items
Restocking bar supplies and making sure everything is available
Making sure all bills are correct and reporting any mistakes
Keeping a neat and clean personal appearance at all times
Helping with events or extra duties when required

This role requires you to stay alert, friendly, and professional throughout your shift.

Experience and Knowledge Required

To qualify for this position, you need to have some experience in the hospitality industry. The company is looking for candidates who have:

Proven experience as a waiter
Barista experience (this is an advantage but not required)
