What You’ll Be Doing Daily

As a Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks that keep Fancourt looking pristine and comfortable for guests. Your duties will include:

Cleaning and deep cleaning assigned areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces.
Making sure all areas are sanitary and hygienic at all times.
Contributing to positive health and safety results by maintaining clean, safe environments.
Replenishing supplies like soap, paper towels, and cleaning products when needed.
Assisting with ordering stock and coordinating deliveries.
Reporting maintenance issues to your manager or supervisor immediately.

This is an active, physically demanding role, so you must be able to handle fast-paced work and move around comfortably throughout your shift.

What You Need to Qualify

To apply for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

A minimum of Grade 10 or an equivalent qualification.
General knowledge of cleaning methods and chemical handling.
Be physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
You should have your own accommodation in George or nearby areas.
