What Is the Fidelity Graduate Programme 2026?

The Fidelity Services Group Graduate Programme is an 18-month structured development programme based in Johannesburg. It is designed for graduates who want to understand how a large company works and who are serious about growing into leadership roles.

Graduates accepted into the programme will gain hands-on exposure to real business operations. You will learn how decisions are made, how teams work together, and how services are delivered to customers on a large scale.

Applicants must already be based in Johannesburg or be willing to relocate to Gauteng at their own cost.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Fidelity Services Group employee
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Fidelity’s business
  • A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
  • Have 0 to 1 year of work experience
  • Be based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg
  • Have a valid driver’s licence
  • Own a reliable vehicle
  • Have a clear criminal record
  • Be computer literate, especially in MS Office
  • Be willing to rotate jobs and work in different locations
