🔍 What You’ll Be Doing as a Control Room Operator

As a Control Room Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring security and efficiency. Your daily tasks will include:

📌 Monitoring Vehicles & Security Systems – Track and communicate with security personnel in the field.
📌 Managing Security Operations – Ensure that patrol teams follow planned routes and schedules.
📌 Handling Emergency Situations – Respond quickly to security incidents and dispatch teams when needed.
📌 Writing Reports – Maintain accurate records of security operations and incidents.
📌 Customer Communication – Assist clients with security concerns and provide updates on incidents.

🎯 Minimum Requirements – Are You the Right Fit?

To qualify for this role, you MUST have:

✔ Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (Essential)
✔ Minimum 3 Years of Experience as a Control Room Operator
✔ PSIRA Registration (Grade C) (Compulsory)
✔ No Criminal Record (Background checks will be conducted)
✔ Computer Literacy (Ability to use tracking software and security systems)
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Bilingual Skills (Must be fluent in at least two languages)
✔ Experience in Vehicle & Radio Monitoring (Highly Advantageous)
