What You Will Do

Year 1: Human Capital Placement

In your first year, you will be part of the FCC Human Capital team. Here, you will:

Year 2: Rotational Experience Across Business Units

In your second year, you will rotate through different business units and Human Capital divisions across the FirstRand Group, including FNB and RMB. These rotations give you:

  • Exposure to strategic projects across multiple areas
  • The ability to see how social sciences contribute to business decisions
  • A broader understanding of organisational culture, human development, and innovation

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate for this programme is:

  • A graduate with a Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or related fields such as Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science, or Development Studies
