What You’ll Need to Qualify

To apply for the FNB Receptionist position, you’ll need:

  • A Matric certificate (Grade 12).
  • A qualification in Office Management will be a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional appearance and attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • A strong customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
