As a Sales Assistant at Foschini, your job is all about giving customers an amazing shopping experience. You’ll greet customers, help them find what they need, promote exciting deals, and make sure everything in the store looks perfect. Your goal? Keep the customers happy and meet your sales targets.

Here’s what your daily tasks will look like:

Welcome customers and help them find what they need
Talk about current promos and products
Offer advice and style suggestions
Process payments and handle point-of-sale duties
Keep the store clean, neat, and well-stocked
Communicate with the store manager regularly
Build strong relationships with both customers and team members
Complete weekly and monthly reports
Gather feedback from customer complaints or queries
Monitor stock deliveries and follow up
Ensure quality standards are always met

Place orders via the call center
