What You Will Do in This Role

As a Sales Associate at Foschini, your job is to deliver a great customer experience and help customers find products they love. The job includes several daily responsibilities, such as:

Representing the Brand

You will be an ambassador for Foschini. This means greeting customers warmly, helping them with product selection, and ensuring they enjoy their time in the store. Your goal is to make every customer feel welcome and valued.

Delivering Excellent Customer Service

You will need to:

  • Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions
  • Help customers choose outfits by using your sense of style and creative eye
  • Build trust and strong customer relationships
  • Make sure every customer leaves happy with their shopping experience

Supporting Sales Targets

This job is performance-driven. You will:
