What You’ll Do as a General Worker:
As a General Worker, your role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the team leader or supervisor to meet daily targets and keep everything in order. Here’s what you can expect from your day-to-day responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside your team to achieve operational goals and targets.
- Daily Inspections: Conduct inspections of your designated area to ensure everything is in working order.
- Material Management: Help plan and manage the movement of tailings material on-site and in deposition areas.
- Problem Solving: Assist in resolving any operational issues and report any irregularities to your supervisor.
- Discipline: Follow the company’s policies and procedures to maintain a disciplined work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Assist in extending and connecting pipelines, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Valve Operations: Open and close valves as per the operational standards.
- Performance Accountability: Take responsibility for your own performance, ensuring high standards are met.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at your work site at all times.

Qualifications:
- Education: A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent is required.
Experience:
- Experience: Between 0-2 years of relevant experience in tailings operations is preferred.

- Screening: Must pass the mine’s criminal screening process.
