Skills & Competencies:
Documentation Management:
Receive, sort, and record documentation from user departments regarding losses.
Maintain a control register for all documents received or sent.
Distribute relevant documents to responsible officials.
Assessment of Documentation:
Verify the completeness of reports received, including loss control forms, police reports, driver statements, trip authority, and other required documents.
Follow up on outstanding information and incomplete documentation.
Stolen Vehicle Contracts:
Close contracts of stolen vehicles on the FIS system.
Update the status of stolen and recovered vehicles.
Collaborate with ICT to resolve contract closure issues.
Compile monthly reports.
