What You’ll Do as an Event Attendant

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure each event runs smoothly:

Team Collaboration: Work independently or as part of a team to organize and manage events.
Venue Maintenance: Keep storerooms and event spaces clean and tidy.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service to clients and guests.
Administrative Support: Handle paperwork and administrative duties related to events.
Flexible Support: Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Safety Compliance: Follow health, safety, and legal standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch service consistently, whether working solo or with a team.

What We’re Looking For

To be a successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Education: Matric or equivalent (NQF 4).
Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
Experience: At least one year of experience in event assistance (experience in gaming is a bonus).

Must have your own transport.
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Eligible for registration as a casino employee with the local Gambling & Racing Board.
