📝 What Will You Do as a Client Service Officer?

As a Client Service Officer (CSO) in the UIF division, your job will be to help people who are applying for unemployment benefits. You’ll be the friendly face clients see when they need support the most.

Here’s what you’ll do on a daily basis:

  • Screening Clients: Talk to people when they arrive and figure out what service they need.
  • Processing UIF Applications: Help with paperwork and online applications for UIF benefits.
  • Registering Payments: Make sure continuation forms are filled out and captured correctly so payments are not delayed.
  • General Office Support: Assist with basic admin and office duties to keep everything running smoothly.
