About the Job Position

Position: Grade C Security Officer
Job Type: Full-time

Grid Protection is looking for security officers who are professional, reliable, and presentable. As a security officer, your main duty is to make sure that people, property, and assets are safe at all times.

You will be working in different environments where security is important, and you will need to follow all safety rules and company procedures carefully.

What You Will Be Doing Daily

As a Grade C Security Officer, your daily tasks will include:

Controlling access at entry and exit points
Checking people and vehicles entering the premises
Doing regular patrols around the site
Watching for any suspicious behavior or activities
Writing reports in the occurrence book
Reporting incidents or unusual events immediately
Making sure safety rules are followed at all times
Assisting visitors, clients, and staff in a professional way
Responding quickly to emergencies or security issues
Protecting company property and client assets

This role requires someone who is always alert and ready to act when needed. You must be able to stay focused during your shift and handle situations calmly.

Minimum Requirements You Must Meet

You must have a valid PSIRA Grade C Certificate
You must be registered with PSIRA
At least 1–2 years of security experience is preferred

You must be physically fit and able to work under pressure
