Programme Details

The Management Trainee Programme offers:

18 months of structured learning and development, focused on real-world projects and practical experience.
Exposure to different supply chain functions, especially in Planning, Packaging, and Production processes.
Opportunities to work on improvement projects that have a direct impact on the business.
Mentorship from technical experts who will guide you throughout your journey.
A learning journey linked to a specific Action Learning Project, where you will deliver real business solutions.
Stand-in periods, where you take on specific job roles to gain hands-on experience.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

Education:
- A BSc Engineering Degree or BTech in a related field.
Citizenship:
- Must be a South African citizen and eligible to live and work in South Africa.
Academic Results:
- Strong academic performance at a tertiary level.
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for personal growth.
