What You Will Be Doing on the Job

As a Maintenance Assistant, your main job will be to support the maintenance team and help keep everything running smoothly. Your daily tasks may include:

Doing general maintenance work like basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and small repairs
Assisting with building maintenance and civil work
Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and well-organized
Following company rules and standard procedures at all times
Helping artisans with work in utilities and cellar operations

You will also take part in important activities such as:

Checking equipment regularly and reporting problems early
Helping fix issues before they become serious
Assisting during breakdowns to get things working again quickly
Using tools properly and storing them safely after use
Spotting safety risks and reporting them to supervisors

What You Need to Qualify

A technical qualification
A valid forklift licence

Must have reliable transport
Must have a valid driver’s licence
