🎯 Job Overview:

This programme is designed to give practical work experience to students who have completed their Grade 12 or relevant N qualifications. As a Packaging Learner, you will gain hands-on experience in various packaging processes while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

At the end of this programme, you will be able to:

• Operate key packaging processes, including:
  • Filling and date coding
  • Sealing
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Labelling
• Perform first-line maintenance on packaging machinery.
• Solve production issues using problem-solving techniques.
• Apply health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain quality control in all packaging processes.
• Manage and maintain packaging assets effectively.

🎓 Job Requirements:

To qualify, you must have:

• South African Citizenship
• Matric (Grade 12) or relevant N qualifications with Pure Mathematics and English
• Strong technical orientation and ability
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of safe working procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

💡 Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but Beneficial):

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Understanding of FMCG industry operations
• Previous experience working in a technical or mechanical role
