Henred Fruehauf / Transrep is offering a valuable Welding Learnership accredited by MERCETA, designed to train young, motivated individuals in practical and advanced welding skills. The program takes place in Bellville South, Western Cape, and is perfect for anyone aged 18 to 27 with a passion for welding and manufacturing.

What the Learnership Covers

This 14-week course is divided into four training stages that must be completed in sequence to move on to the next. The skills you’ll learn include:

• MIG Welding (CO2)
• ARC Welding (Stick)
• Oxy-fuel Gas Cutting
• Grinding Skills
• Hand Tool Use
• Practical Work Experience

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

• Have a Grade 12 certificate (mandatory)
• Be aged between 18 and 27
• Have some technical aptitude; N1 and N2 qualifications are an advantage
• Provide contactable references
• Have reliable transport to and from Bellville South (training location)
