🔎 Job Description

As a General Worker at Hi Performance Midas, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including:

✔ Stock Management: Receiving, binning, picking, packing, and checking stock.
✔ Warehouse Organization: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
✔ Order Processing: Ensuring customer orders are picked and packed correctly.
✔ Inventory Control: Assisting with stock-taking and replenishing inventory.
✔ Scanner Control: Issuing and tracking warehouse scanners daily.

🎯 Key Goal: Keep the warehouse running smoothly and ensure customers get their orders on time!

📌 Job Responsibilities

📦 Stock Binning & Inventory Management

✅ Correctly place new stock in warehouse bins.
✅ Update bin locations for new products.
✅ Assist in stock replenishment from bulk storage.

📋 Picking & Packing Orders

✅ Pick and pack orders accurately and on time.
✅ Prevent stock damage by handling products carefully.
✅ Perform double-checks to avoid mistakes.
✅ Help with stock-taking procedures.

🖥️ Scanner Control

✅ Issue scanners to warehouse workers and track them electronically.
✅ Inspect returned scanners for damage.
✅ Report any faulty equipment to supervisors.

🧹 Warehouse Housekeeping

✅ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
✅ Follow all health & safety regulations.

📜 Job Requirements

✔ Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent in Literacy & Numeracy.
✔ Experience: At least 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience (preferred).
✔ Knowledge: Familiarity with spare parts, motor parts, and warehouse systems (advantageous).
