What You’ll Be Doing as a Service Centre Administrator

The Service Centre Administrator plays a key role in ensuring customers receive the best possible experience. You’ll handle various administrative and operational tasks to keep the service centre running smoothly while supporting sales and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Assisting customers in-store or telephonically, handling queries professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Supporting the store team in meeting sales goals through product knowledge and efficient service.
  • Maintaining Product Knowledge: Staying up to date with the latest products, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Merchandising and Store Presentation: Ensuring products are well displayed, shelves are neatly arranged, and the store environment is always welcoming.

What You Need to Qualify
