What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll be doing a bit of everything to grow Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base:

Helping customers open new accounts and assisting with FICA documents

Running fun promotions and events to attract new users
Encouraging new customers to place their first bets using their welcome bonuses
Keeping track of your sales, reporting progress, and hitting your targets
Travelling between outlets and branches to support mobile growth
Maintaining mobile equipment and keeping your work area tidy
Completing weekly online training to stay sharp and updated

Your role is all about connecting with people and helping them enjoy a fun, safe, and easy betting experience.

What Skills You Need

To succeed in this job, you should have:

Great listening and communication skills
The ability to work under pressure and meet daily sales goals
Basic knowledge of how betting works and how to use top-up vouchers (TUV)
Strong time management and reporting skills
