About the Position

Hollywoodbets has three open positions for Sales Agents, based in Paarl, Western Cape.

In this role, you will:

Work directly with customers to increase the mobile customer base
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Represent the Hollywoodbets brand in a professional and positive way
Assist clients by explaining products, services, and how to use them
Play a key role in growing the company’s reach through marketing campaigns

Minimum Requirements

While having prior work experience is an advantage, Hollywoodbets welcomes individuals with a strong passion for sales and customer service.

Here’s what you need:

Experience in a similar role (advantageous, but not essential)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to understand different personalities and build relationships with clients
Knowledge of betting products and top-up vouchers (TUV) is a plus

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent at Hollywoodbets, your main duties will include:

Customer Assistance:
- Helping clients open accounts
- Answering questions about betting and explaining how the system works
- Ensuring customers submit the correct FICA documents (clear ID required)
Driving Sales:
- Actively promoting mobile products and services
- Demonstrating how to use the mobile application
- Encouraging customers to use their sign-up bonuses to place their first bets
Marketing and Promotions:
- Setting up displays at events, outlets, and promotions
- Attracting both new and existing customers through campaigns
Reporting and Record-Keeping:
- Keeping accurate records of daily sales activities
- Submitting progress reports to management
General Duties:
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Safeguarding all mobile equipment
- Completing weekly training such as Moodle and Voice Note Training
- Moving between different branches or stores when needed
