Job Overview

As a Field Sales Agent, your main role will be to grow Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will promote mobile products, assist clients with betting services, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

This role requires someone who is target-driven, confident, and professional. You’ll also need to adapt to different customer personalities and represent Hollywoodbets in a positive and respectful way.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Field Sales Agent, your daily tasks will include:

Helping customers open betting accounts and answering their questions.
Driving sales and activations by explaining mobile products and services.
Running mobile marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
Keeping records of all sales activities and reporting progress to management.
Promoting the Hollywoodbets mobile brand at events, outlets, and promotions.
Assisting customers with FICA documents to ensure accounts are opened correctly.
Showing new customers how to use the mobile application and claim their sign-up bonus.
Keeping your work area clean and organized to create a positive impression.
Taking care of and properly managing all mobile equipment provided by the company.
Completing weekly training sessions to improve skills and stay updated.
Moving between different branches or stores when needed.
Performing any other related duties as required by the business.

Skills and Qualities Needed

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A strong passion for sales and the ability to meet targets.
Good listening and communication skills.
The ability to express ideas clearly and deal with different customers.
Knowledge of betting products and markets.
An understanding of TUV (Top-Up Voucher) distribution.
