Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, professional service and ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Managing the full customer journey — from opening new accounts to processing orders and payments.
• Using your deep knowledge of HomeChoice products to assist customers in choosing the right options.
• Handling refunds, credits, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
• Keeping the store neat, clean, and welcoming through regular housekeeping.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and assisting with stock checks and replenishment.
• Tracking your sales performance and working towards achieving daily and weekly targets.
• Adhering to company quality standards and policies to ensure smooth store operations.

What You Need to Qualify

To join the HomeChoice team as a 24-Hour Flexi Sales Associate, you must have:

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification (essential).
• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in homeware or similar sales environments.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive track record of delivering great customer service.
• A clean background with no debarment or restrictions under the FAIS Act.
