What You’ll Be Doing as a Hotel Room Attendant

Your role is simple but essential: you will help create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for hotel guests. Each task you complete ensures that every guest feels like they’re staying in a 5-star home away from home.

Your responsibilities include:

• Making sure all guest rooms are clean, neat, and meet hotel standards
• Changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing amenities like toiletries and towels
• Cleaning bathrooms thoroughly – including showers, sinks, and toilets
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and keeping every corner of the room spotless
• Reporting any maintenance issues (like broken lights or leaks) to your supervisor
• Following all hotel safety and security protocols
• Offering polite, respectful customer service if you interact with hotel guests
• Supporting special deep-cleaning or seasonal cleaning projects when required
