💼 Position Overview

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new vehicle sales, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Hyundai seeks a motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills who can turn prospects into satisfied customers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct vehicle demos and explain features and benefits
Negotiate deals and close sales
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying journey
Stay updated on latest vehicle technologies and market trends
Work closely with the marketing team on new sales strategies
Prepare accurate sales reports for management

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in automotive sales or related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
Strong knowledge of vehicle features and specifications
Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
Valid driver’s license required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advantageous)
