Who Should Apply?

If you’re between the ages of 18 and 35, unemployed, and ready to commit to 10 months of learning, this programme is for you. You don’t need work experience — just motivation, good communication skills, and a passion for helping people.

This learnership is open to people who:

Have a Matric certificate or ABET Level 4
Are eager to work in the insurance or admin field
Want to gain real experience
Are available full-time from the start to the end of the programme
Can be based in KwaZulu-Natal

What Will You Be Doing?

As part of your daily training, you’ll work alongside experienced mentors who’ll guide you. Here are a few of the things you’ll be doing:

Capturing and updating claims information
Contacting clients to request missing documents
Checking claims forms and documents
Talking to brokers and internal staff
Keeping customer files organized and safe
Attending training and workshops regularly
Showing progress in your skills and responsibilities

Focused and detail-oriented
Good at thinking through problems
