Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Complete checklists to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain and clean catering equipment, leaving the workspace spotless after every shift.
• Communicate customer feedback or issues to your team leader.
• Stay updated on catering trends to help Icebolethu remain competitive.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To succeed as a Food Service Assistant, you should have:

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Preferred Qualification: A qualification in hospitality or catering, or currently studying towards one.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 months in the catering industry.
• Advantage: A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
