Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology and a desire to build real IT skills? Impala Platinum offers an exciting 2-year learnership program in SAP and IT systems. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled IT professionals and get a better understanding of how technology drives business in a world-class company.

Who Should Apply?

• You have a qualification at NQF Level 6 or 7 in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• If you have a Level 7 qualification in Accounting and want to focus on accounting IT systems, that’s a bonus.
• You know the basics of IT systems and want to learn more about big business management tools like SAP, MRM, or PPMS.
• You communicate well and enjoy working in a team.
• You are excited to learn, organized, pay attention to details, and can thrive in a busy workplace.
• You are good at solving problems and love working with technology.
• You have a valid driver’s license.

What Will You Do in This Learnership?

• Work for 2 years, learning on the job in a fixed-term program.
• Collaborate with IT teams across departments to experience different parts of the business.
• Get to know how Impala Platinum’s business processes and software work.
• Help solve technical problems and support IT operations.
• Assist with analyzing data and making reports to improve IT systems.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to boost your IT skills.
