Implats is calling all ambitious and hardworking individuals to apply for their Engineering Learnership Program! 🚀 This is your chance to get hands-on training and kick-start your engineering career. 🎯 What’s This Learnership About?

This program is designed to train and develop individuals to become skilled artisans. You’ll receive hands-on training under the guidance of expert mentors, preparing you for a successful career in engineering.

✅ Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must have:
✔ Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
✔ N2 certificate with four complete subjects OR NCV Level 4 with subjects related to your chosen trade

💡 Additional Requirements:

• Pass a knowledge & psychometric assessment
• Attend a formal interview
• Get a medical fitness certificate (Red Ticket)
• Complete Heat Tolerance Screening (HTS)

🔧 What Will You Do?

If selected, you will:
✅ Receive structured learnership training to become a qualified artisan
✅ Work under experienced artisans to learn the trade
✅ Assist with fixing, replacing, and maintaining equipment
✅ Complete all engineering training phases (both practical & theory)
✅ Learn and follow Marula Mine rules & safety regulations
✅ Help diagnose faults and solve technical problems
✅ Gain supervision skills by acting as a team leader in certain tasks
