Here’s What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Greet patients with a smile and answer phone calls in a professional way.
• Help patients fill out their forms correctly and keep their information safe and private.
• Book appointments, check patients in, and process payments using the Intercare system.
• Direct patients to the right doctor, nurse, or department.
• Keep the reception area neat and clean at all times.
• Help with simple account queries and pass on anything more complicated.
• Collect co-payments and make sure all payments are handled properly.
• Follow daily cash-up and banking steps exactly as required.
• Make sure emergencies are quickly directed to the nurse on duty.

What You Need to Apply:

• Grade 12/Matric certificate (this is a must).
• Experience working in a customer service role (like a receptionist) is a big plus.
• You must be comfortable working with computers.
• If you’ve used the GoodX system before, that will count in your favor.
