🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
This internship will immerse you in every part of HR administration, including:
🔧 HR Admin & Systems Support
- Process terminations, track employee lifecycle data
- Manage GEM & SSAM portals
- Capture Statutory and Injury on Duty (IOD) leave
- Resolve internal HR queries and submit ISM forms
👥 Onboarding & Hiring
- Run background checks
- Capture new employee info on PaySpace
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts
- Review and verify onboarding documents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for external appointments
📚 Learning & Development
- Oversee “The Vault” e-learning system
- Track employee course completion
- Generate learning analytics
- Provide technical support for the system
💼 Benefits & Certification
- Administer provident fund data, retirement/withdrawal claims
- Answer employee benefit queries
- Support the internal certification process
✅ Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A qualification in HR Administration or HR Management
