What Does a Casual Sales Consultant Do?

As a Sales Consultant, your main goal is to make the customer’s visit to the iStore unforgettable. Whether it’s explaining how the latest iPhone works, recommending the best accessories, or helping someone switch from Android to Apple — you’ll be the go-to expert.

You’ll interact with all kinds of customers, help them test out Apple products, and make sure they walk away excited and satisfied. And don’t worry — you’ll be trained on everything Apple, so even if you’re not a tech expert yet, you soon will be.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Welcoming customers and giving them a hands-on Apple experience
Learning about Apple products and services, and sharing that knowledge with confidence
Understanding each customer’s needs and recommending the best product or solution
Helping customers make purchases, complete transactions, and enjoy a smooth shopping experience
Working with a team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Staying up-to-date with the latest Apple technology and trends
