What Is the iTOO Learnership Programme?

The iTOO Learnership is a one-year training journey designed especially for young people who want to build a future in the insurance industry. It combines real job experience with learning that leads to a formal qualification. This learnership is approved and managed by a SETA-accredited provider and leads to an NQF Level 5 qualification in Short-Term Insurance. This means by the end of the programme, you’ll not only have experience but a qualification that’s respected across the country.

Who Can Apply?

To get into the iTOO Learnership, you need to meet these requirements:

Be a South African citizen
Be between 18 and 35 years old
Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
Post-matric qualifications are welcome, but not required
You must be currently unemployed
You must not have done another insurance learnership before
Be interested in the insurance world
Be ready to commit full-time for 12 months
