Key Responsibilities:

As a Merchandise Planner at Jet Home, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our product selection and sales strategy. You will work closely with the buying team to analyze sales data, ensure we have the right stock levels, and adapt quickly to business trends. Here are some of the key responsibilities you’ll have:

Sales Analysis: Work with the buying team to maximize sales and keep stock levels balanced by analyzing performance.

Trend Analysis: Understand the Jet Home market and use this knowledge to stay on top of business trends.

Product Strategy: Ensure that the product strategy is clearly communicated, planned, and implemented.

Financial Management: Manage financial aspects such as product planning, allocations, open-to-buy (OTB) control, and reviewing sales figures.

Range and Replenishment Management: Oversee the management of product ranges and replenish stock as needed.

Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with both internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience: To apply for this role, you will need:

At least 5 years of working experience as a Merchandise Planner.
A trader mentality with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking.
Experience in planning homeware is a plus.
