What You Will Do as a Sales Associate

Your main responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service and ensure every shopper leaves the store happy. You will also help the store reach its sales targets and keep things running smoothly day-to-day. Here’s what your role will include:

Representing the Jet brand in a positive and professional way.
Helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs.
Staying on top of your personal sales goals and working to exceed them.
Selling a wide range of fashion and home products while staying updated on the latest trends.
Finding new opportunities to increase sales.
Making sure shelves are stocked and the store looks neat and ready for shoppers at all times.

What You Need to Apply

Jet is looking for candidates who are energetic, hardworking, and people-focused. Here’s what you’ll need:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
A strong passion for working with people
Great communication skills, both spoken and written
The ability to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive attitude – someone who takes initiative without being asked
Excellent attention to detail
A drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills when dealing with customer challenges
Confidence in negotiation and selling
