Your Main Responsibilities

As a Jet Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers leave the store happy and satisfied. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about providing excellent service and driving sales growth.

Your daily duties will include:

• Representing the Jet brand by delivering friendly and professional service at all times.
• Helping customers find the right products and offering personalized advice to meet their needs.
• Actively tracking sales performance and striving to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
• Keeping up with the latest fashion and home décor trends to assist customers effectively.
• Identifying new opportunities to make sales and improve customer experiences.
• Restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring the store looks neat and welcoming.

What You’ll Need

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• A passion for people and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• A proactive attitude — taking initiative and thinking ahead to solve problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• The ability to multi-task in a busy store environment.
