As a Retail Administrator at Jet Store, your role is to support the store manager in ensuring smooth operations. Your daily tasks will include:
✅ Assisting with stock takes and store administration
✅ Keeping track of stock movement and analyzing sales trends
✅ Implementing security measures to reduce stock loss and shrinkage
✅ Managing cash transactions and ensuring proper processes are followed
✅ Handling store reports and presenting insights to the store manager
✅ Organizing and maintaining filing systems for better efficiency
✅ Assisting customers at checkout and processing transactions using the POS system
✅ Engaging with customers to understand their needs and improve their shopping experience
✅ Promoting cash rewards and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention
✅ Maintaining store cleanliness and following visual merchandising guidelines
✅ Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends
✅ Working with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
📌 Education: Grade 12 qualification (Matric)
📌 Experience: At least 3 years of retail or administration experience
🔹 Passion for fashion and retail

🔹 Comfortable using a computer and retail systems
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
🔹 Professional communication skills (verbal & written)
🔹 Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
🔹 A team player with a proactive and independent mindset
