As a Retail Administrator at Jet Store, your role is to support the store manager in ensuring smooth operations. Your daily tasks will include:

βœ… Keeping track of stock movement and analyzing sales trends
βœ… Implementing security measures to reduce stock loss and shrinkage
βœ… Managing cash transactions and ensuring proper processes are followed
βœ… Handling store reports and presenting insights to the store manager
βœ… Organizing and maintaining filing systems for better efficiency
βœ… Assisting customers at checkout and processing transactions using the POS system
βœ… Engaging with customers to understand their needs and improve their shopping experience
βœ… Promoting cash rewards and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention
βœ… Maintaining store cleanliness and following visual merchandising guidelines
βœ… Staying up to date with the latest fashion trends
βœ… Working with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals
