🧃 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Vending Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Keeping vending machines clean, stocked, and fully operational
- Reporting any issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team or client
- Delivering high levels of customer service to guests and clients
- Helping with stock control, replenishment, and inventory checks
- Preparing and serving beverages such as premium teas and coffees
- Setting up and maintaining a tidy work/service station
- Assisting in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas during busy periods
- Working on a cash register, handling customer payments efficiently
- Liaising with brand representatives for sales, updates, and promotions
- Responding to and resolving customer queries and complaints where possible
