🧃 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Vending Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Keeping vending machines clean, stocked, and fully operational
Reporting any issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team or client
Delivering high levels of customer service to guests and clients
Helping with stock control, replenishment, and inventory checks
Preparing and serving beverages such as premium teas and coffees
Setting up and maintaining a tidy work/service station
Assisting in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas during busy periods
Working on a cash register, handling customer payments efficiently
Liaising with brand representatives for sales, updates, and promotions
Responding to and resolving customer queries and complaints where possible

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a mix of practical skills and people skills.

Experience handling cash and using point-of-sale systems
Knowledge or passion for premium coffees and teas is a plus
