Purpose Statement

As a Receptionist at Capitec Bank, your main duties will be to:

Welcome, direct, and assist both external and internal clients.
Manage and organize processes, ensuring the reception and meeting rooms are tidy and well-coordinated.

Experience

Minimum Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of administrative systems.
Basic understanding of business and accounting.
Experience with client interaction and reception duties.

Skills Needed

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Numerical Reasoning Skills: Comfort with numbers and basic calculations.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Commercial Thinking Skills: Understanding of business operations and thinking commercially.

Planning, Organizing, and Coordination Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
