Position Details

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 10
- Citizenship: South African citizen
- Residency: Must be a resident of the City of Ekurhuleni
Core Responsibilities
- Material Handling:
- Loading and offloading materials, plants, and equipment.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhering to safety requirements to minimize injury and damage.
- Following safety instructions for equipment use during loading and offloading, vehicle travel, workshop safety, and safe lifting techniques.
- General Labor:
- Performing labor-intensive tasks in and around the workshop, yard, or construction sites.
- Engaging in construction and maintenance of municipal buildings.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensuring equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Following established safety procedures and techniques for task performance.
