✅ Who Should Apply?

Karan Beef is looking for someone who:

• Is great with data capturing and admin.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in data capturing roles.
• Is a self-starter, works well under pressure, and stays highly organized.
• Is bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Has strong Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs, analysis).
• Is computer literate (MS Word, Outlook, scheduling software).
• Has their own reliable vehicle.
• Can handle high volumes of work with accuracy and speed.

A tertiary qualification will be a bonus but not required.

🧾 Key Duties and Responsibilities

📌 1. Cattle Imports (BLNS SOP)

• Capture and verify data from cattle loads for monthly audits.
• Manage documentation for import permits and vet authorizations.

📌 2. Cattle Exports (VPN 59 & Addendums)

• Assist with site registrations.
• Handle documentation for export reviews and certifications.

📌 3. Health & Production Data

• Weekly data extraction and spreadsheet prep.
• Create pivot tables and graphs in Excel.
• Work with vets and nutritionists to ensure smooth communication.

📌 General Office Admin

• File management, document access, communication support.
• Help with any ad hoc admin tasks required by the team.
