What You Will Learn and Do

During this 12-month learnership, you will work toward earning a FETC Automotive Sales & Support Services Certificate (NQF Level 4). You will learn important skills such as:

• How to serve customers professionally and excellently
• Communicating clearly over the phone with good etiquette
• Managing office admin and organizational tasks
• Supporting operations through vehicle quality checks and fleet management
• Assisting customers effectively

What You Need to Qualify

To be part of this learnership, you must:

• Be ready to start immediately or on 1 November
• Have a Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
• Have good communication skills
• Be living with a medically diagnosed disability
