🏅 What You’ll Be Doing

Your main job is to make customers feel welcome, take orders, and process payments. But there’s more! Here’s a detailed look at your responsibilities:

✔ Greet customers with a big smile and a friendly attitude.
✔ Suggest menu items, promotions, and deals to customers.
✔ Handle customer complaints and find quick solutions (let the manager know if it’s serious).
✔ Operate the cash register and process different payment types (cash, debit, credit).
✔ Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times.
✔ Assist customers with their orders over the counter and on the phone.
✔ Pack, label, and check orders before handing them to customers.
✔ Balance the cash register and count cash at the end of your shift.
✔ Bring food to customers at the counter, window, or table.
✔ Unpack and stock new supplies when deliveries arrive.
✔ Follow all company rules and safety guidelines to keep things running smoothly.

🔥 Who Can Apply? (Job Requirements)

To qualify for this job, you’ll need:

✔ Matric certificate (High School Diploma)
✔ Previous experience in cashiering, front-of-house service, or customer service
✔ Ability to speak and understand English
✔ Must live within 10km of the restaurant location
✔ Clear criminal record
